Stanley Bikulege

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Stanley (Stan) Bikulege is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Novolex, responsible for all aspects of the company’s business. A packaging industry veteran, Bikulege has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and service businesses. Before joining Novolex as Chairman and CEO in 2008, Bikulege was an Operating Partner at Arsenal Capital, where he was responsible for a number of its portfolio companies including serving as Chairman of IDQ, a leading provider of automotive air conditioning products. Prior to that he served as President and CEO of Renaissance Mark, a leading manufacturer of labels in North America that was sold to Ft. Dearborn, a Genstar portfolio company. Earlier in his career, Bikulege was President and CEO of Sterling Group portfolio company Exopack, a leading producer of plastic and paper packaging. Bikulege serves on the Flexible Packaging Association Board of Directors, where he is a past Chairman, and on the board of Quantix. He has served on the Board of Directors of Paragon, Source Refrigeration, IMDS, Interdynamics, RLG and M33 and has been a Trustee for St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Greenville, S.C. and Coker College. He is also on the Board of Advisors of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and a trustee of the Council of Economic Development of The Conference Board. Through his family foundation, he has endowed academic scholarships at Youngstown State University, the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh, Georgia State University and Greenville Technical College, in addition to supporting numerous other non-profits to help those in need. Bikulege holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Youngstown State University and a M.B.A. degree from Georgia State University

Lisa Dulski

Chief Human Resources Officer

Lisa Dulski is Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for overseeing the company’s global human resources function. Dulski brings more than 20 years of strategic human resources experience with wide-ranging expertise in employee engagement, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition and driving continuous improvement. Prior to joining Novolex, Dulski spent seven years at Apex Tool Group, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer, and over the course of 14 years held a variety of expanding human resources roles at Newell Rubbermaid. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree from the Ohio State University.

Paul Frantz

President, Food & Delivery

Paul Frantz is President of Food and Delivery responsible for segment manufacturing and sales. With considerable expertise in sales and business development, Frantz brings more than 25 years of varied experience across multiple sales and leadership roles. Frantz joined Novolex in 2015 as Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President/General Manager of Schwarz Supply Source, a supply chain and logistics provider to the retail channel. Before joining Schwarz, Frantz spent 17 years with Pliant/Huntsman Packaging in a variety of senior-level sales operations and general management positions, including serving as Senior Vice President/General Manager Performance Films and Senior Vice President Marquee Accounts. Frantz began his career working in sales for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company’s plastic packaging division. Frantz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Baylor University.

Grant Gamble

President, Performance Solutions

Grant Gamble is President of the Performance Solutions responsible for segment manufacturing and sales. Gamble brings more than 30 years of corporate leadership and diverse experience in the flexible packaging industry. Before joining Novolex in 2013, Gamble served as President and Chief Operating Officer of FlexSol Packaging, a Sigma Plastics Group company with four manufacturing plants nationwide. Prior to that, he was President of Caliber Management, providing management, consulting and due diligence services in a variety of areas. Before then, Gamble served in various positions at Pliant (now Berry Global), including Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain and Vice President of Product Development. Gamble holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science Engineering.

Ronald Horner

Chief Procurement Officer

Ronald Horner is Chief Procurement Officer, responsible for all aspects of the company's direct and indirect procurement, planning, logistics and supply chain strategies. Horner joined Novolex in 2021 after leading all strategic sourcing for Vulcan Materials Company, a $4 billion business operating across North America. Prior to that role, Horner was Director, Sourcing & Procurement at Caraustar (now Greif), a paper company owned by private equity, where he was responsible for all direct and indirect materials and services for more than 80 locations in North America. Earlier in his career, Horner was the Global Category Director at Kimberly Clark, where he led global strategic sourcing programs, worked closely with product innovation teams and implemented supplier relationship management programs. He also has served as a strategic advisor working for leading consulting firms Protiviti, Accenture and Prosero.

Dennis Norman

Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Norman is Chief Financial Officer of Novolex, responsible for managing the company’s finances, including planning, budgeting and forecasting. Norman joined Novolex in 2021 after leading the financial organization at nThrive, Inc., a healthcare IT and services company. While at nThrive, he contributed to significant transformation at the company including integrating multiple acquisitions. Prior to that, Norman spent 16 years as an executive leader in charge of strategic planning, finance and corporate development at Polymer Group, Inc./Avintiv, Inc., the last six years as CFO. He has a Bachelor of Science from Samford University and his MBA from The Citadel.

Daniel L. Rikard

General Counsel

Daniel L. Rikard is General Counsel and is responsible for managing all legal matters at Novolex. Rikard brings extensive experience in both public and private manufacturing companies, joining Novolex from The LYCRA Company, a privately owned global fiber and materials manufacturer, where he served as Chief Legal Officer. Previously, Rikard spent 10 years as General Counsel at Polymer Group, Inc., a US-headquartered, publicly traded manufacturing company before founding a boutique business law firm focused on corporate strategic transitions and outside general counsel services. Rikard graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Pennsylvania.

Adrianne Tipton

Chief Technology Officer

Adrianne Tipton, PhD is Chief Technology Officer, responsible for driving innovation in new product development, product management and product marketing. With more than 20 years of experience, Tipton brings extensive expertise in a wide variety of areas, including business strategy, marketing, research and new product development. Before joining Novolex, she was Vice President of Business Research for ORC International as well as Vice President of New Product Development and Marketing for Cenveo (formerly National Envelope). Previous to that, Tipton served a variety of critical roles in research and development at Clorox and was Key Account Manager/Senior Process Engineer for Novellus Systems. Tipton holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in chemistry from Northern Arizona University, a PhD in synthetic bioorganic chemistry from the University of Nevada, Reno and a post-doctoral fellowship from the Center for Metals in Biocatalysis from the University of Minnesota.

Matthew Winokur

Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs

Matthew Winokur is Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs, responsible for the company’s internal and external communications, public affairs and sustainability programs building on more than 35 years of experience working in these disciplines. Before joining the company, Winokur had been serving as a key consultant to Novolex while heading his own firm. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Sustainability and Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Axalta Coating Systems, a global industrial paint and coatings manufacturer. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President for Ogilvy Public Relations and held a variety of global corporate affairs positions at The Altria Group and its Philip Morris International division. He serves as an advisor to the Paris-based Responsible Mica Initiative, a non-profit dedicated to eradicating child labor in the mica supply chain. Winokur holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College, a Master of Arts degree from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the NYU Stern School of Business.
